Ark Mold Inspection Services is owned by John A. Duran who has been working in the property sales, management, and restoration field since 1989 and is very familiar with the process of property restoration.

 

John is certified with IICRS and NAERMC.  He is a certified and licensed mold accessor and mold remediator with additional certifications in water damage restorations, Applied Microbial Remediation, fire & smoke

restoration, EPA certified in Lead renovations, and certified as an infrared moisture surveyor. Daniel Duran is also a part of the Ark Mold Inspection Services team; he is a Certified residential mold inspector and certified commercial mold inspector. Daniel and John are both members of the National Association of Mold Remediators and Inspectors (NARMI). Together they provide an unmatched service in the Homestead, Miami, and Kendall area.
